Plans, seats, usage tracking, and what to do when you hit a limit.
How Lumear charges
Two cost components, billed monthly:
- Seat fee — flat per user added to your workspace.
- Usage — metered against LLM tokens consumed (across all six AI surfaces) + SerpAPI calls + Firecrawl page-fetches. Your plan includes a generous monthly allowance; overage rolls into the next invoice.
Plans
- Starter — single brand, weekly runs, up to 50 prompts. For solo founders or teams trying out AEO for the first time.
- Growth — multi-brand workspaces, larger prompt sets, monthly deep audits. The default fit for in-house marketing teams.
- Agency — unlimited brands, client-shareable report links, brand- switcher in every page. Built for marketing agencies running multiple clients.
- Enterprise — SAML SSO, custom usage limits, dedicated support, private deployment options. Talk to us at letschat@lumear.ai.
Tracking usage
Every workspace has a Usage & cost page in the sidebar. It shows the running monthly LLM token spend per provider, SerpAPI call count, Firecrawl page-fetches, and a projected end-of-month total. Hit the cap and Lumear queues up runs but pauses new LLM calls until the next billing cycle (or until you upgrade).
Adding teammates
Open Settings → Team and invite by email. Invitees pick a password on first login; from then on they share the same brands, prompt sets, and runs. Two roles:
- Admin — full access including billing and team management.
- Member — full access except billing + team admin.
Switching workspaces or brands
A workspace is a billing boundary. A brand is a tracking unit inside a workspace. To switch which brand the dashboard reflects, use the brand selector at the top-left of the sidebar. To switch workspaces (e.g. agencies managing multiple clients on separate billing), use the dropdown under your avatar.
Canceling
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your data stays put — you can re-activate within 90 days without losing history. After 90 days we purge brands, runs, prompts, citations, and recommendations; the user record itself stays in place so you can sign in to a new workspace later.
